Shipping

 

Our estimated shipping dates are based on several factors, including the destination address, the shipping options you've chosen, and how quickly we can obtain and assemble items for shipment. Also, orders for multiple items or multiple copies of a single item can take longer to assemble before we're able to ship them to you. On rare occassions, such as those for orders of either oversize or large quantities, our shipping calculator might erroneously calculate shipping costs. Although we strive to have our systems as accurate as possible, this isn't always the case. If your order requires any adjustment, we will notify you and give you the option to cancel or proceed with the order.

When In-Stock Items are Shipped

If an item is in stock, when it ships to you depends on which shipping options you've chosen and how many items are on the order. Here are some specifics:

  • I want it to ship on the same day ordered: This applies to orders completed by the ordering deadline of 3pm. These items will ship soon after you order them if you meet the ordering deadline. Otherwise, they'll ship the next business day (Carrier business day - Monday through Fridady). To make sure the item you're buying is eligible, look for the "In Stock" message in the product description page. Sometimes, inventory may be off and items displayed as "In-Stock" might be in error. If you require expidited delivery, you can always contact us to verify
     
  • I want it to ship within 24 to 72 hours: Most orders for in-stock items shipping via our standard carriers will leave our fulfillment centers within this time frame. 

 

In-store Pickup

Choose this method for in-store pickup at one of our locations. Before stopping by, please give us a call at 949-436-6296 during normal business hours to ensure that your order is ready for pick up.

 

All items ship in one shipment. Keep in mind that if you place an item in your cart which is "Back Ordered" or "Pre-Order", it will delay your entire shipment until the item(s) are back in stock and ready for shipment. If you need your "In-Stock" items faster, please choose another shipping method.

 

Grow Annex Delivery

Choose this method to have your order discretely delivered to anywhere in the Los Angeles and Orange County area by one of our professional staff. Please call to schedule a delivery date and further details.

 

Quick Ship

Some items on GrowAnnex.com are labled "Quick Ship." These items have priority shipping and are packed and ready to go. Although we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the status of these products, there might be times where the system is out of synchronization. We encourage you to Contact Us if to verify the availability and status of any item in our store. Keep in mind that all orders leave Grow Annex in single or minimal shipments. This might prevent orders from maintaining their Quick Ship status if the order contains items which don't qualify for Quick Ship.

 

Free Shipping

We routinely offer Free Shipping for orders meeting predefined values. If you qualify for the free shipping promotion, we will select the best shipping method possbile. Most packages leave our warehouse within 24-48 hours. Some orders require commercial freight shipping and therefore have a longer lead time. Please visit our current specials or contact us for information.

 

The carrier chosen is at our discretion using the safest and most efficient method possible. There are a few exceptions to qualify:

 

  • Shipping destination must be within the contiguous United States
  • Does not include dirt: e.g. soil, perlite, soil-less mixes
  • Includes shipping to a business address or the nearest shipping depot (doesn't apply to items shipped via FedEx, UPS or USPS) - only applies to frieght shipments
  • If shipping to a residential address, a surcharge may apply and we will email you with the total (usually it's around $60) - only applies to frieght shipments
  • Your account must include a telephone number where we can contact you.
  • The credit card transaction must pass the address verification system.
  • Volume Discounts and Special Offers don't count towards free shipping quota.
  • Can not be combined with any other offers. This includes, but is not limited to, the Rewards Program.
  • Over-sized or Over-weight items may incur a handling fee.

 

 

Hazardous or Special Handling Items

Some items require special treatment and packaging do adhere to our carriers' requirements. Since our carrier's shipping policies are beyond our control, we will notify you if you shipment requires special attention before proceeding. We will make every effort to make sure your shipment arrives on time and safe.

 

Transit Times

Below is a Fedex Ground map which shows shipping times from our California warehouse. These time frames don't take into consideration the processing time required to prepare your order. We normally process orders within 1 day on a first come, first serve basis. If you would like to get a more accurate time frame for when your order will ship, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Packaging

All of our packages go out discretely packaged in unmarked boxes. If you do not require any special packaging, we would appreciate you letting us know in order to conserve materials. All freight orders go out on pallets and are completely black warpped. Below, you can see an example of how your order leaves our warehouse.
