The GrowAnnex.com Rewards Program ("Program") is designed to reward our customers for purchasing items on www.growannex.com. Eligible participants will receive Rewards based on a percentage of their qualifying orders or through other promotional offers and have an opportunity to redeem Grow Annex Gift Certificates ("Certificate") with the following Terms and Conditions:

  1. Eligible Participants. An "Eligible Participant" means a GrowAnnex.com customer who meets, and continues to meet during participation in the Program, the following conditions:
    1. Is a registered member of GrowAnnex.com with an active account and in good standing (no suspensions) and is a legal U.S. resident with a U.S. registration address tied to his/her GrowAnnex.com account.
    2. Accepts these Terms and Conditions and has not opted out of the Program.
    3. Has not been previously terminated from participation in the Program by GrowAnnex.com
    4. For returned or otherwise refunded items, GrowAnnex.com will reduce the Eligible Participant's Certificate balance in any earn period and this may result in a negative Certificate balance. GrowAnnex.com reserves the right to place a hold or suspend an Eligible Participant's Rewards membership account in the Program if a negative Certificate balance is not reversed within 3 months.
  2. Reward Program Gift Certificates
    1. The GrowAnnex.com Reward Points will convert into Gift Certificates automatically, which can be used for future purchases, once the order status updates to "completed" and the recipient notifies GrowAnnex.com that the order has been delivered in satisfactory condition.
  3. Rewards. "Rewards" means a U.S. dollar amount which will be given in the form of an GrowAnnex.com Gift Certificate.
    1. Rewards will be tied to the GrowAnnex.com account of the Eligible Participant and Rewards cannot be combined across any other GrowAnnex.com accounts.
    2. Each Rewards period restarts each calendar quarter. For example, you could earn Rewards from July 1st through September 30th. Then a new Rewards period would start on October 1st and run through December 31st.
    3. GrowAnnex.com reserves the right to fix any processing errors it discovers resulting in adjustments to Rewards after posting.
    4. GrowAnnex.com reserves the right to hold back or otherwise suspend Rewards after purchase in its sole discretion to investigate compliance with GrowAnnex.com's policies. Certificates may not post for qualifying orders during GrowAnnex.com's investigation and will post if GrowAnnex.com clears the transaction.
    5. Unused Rewards certificates are forfeited when the Certificate expires (After 90 Days).
    6. GrowAnnex.com reserves the right to fix any processing errors it discovers resulting in adjustments to Rewards after posting.
    7. GrowAnnex.com reserves the right to change the Rewards percentage up or down. From time to time, GrowAnnex.com may offer special promotions that would provide users with extra Rewards or a higher promotional Rewards percentage for qualifying purchases during the promotion period. GrowAnnex.com can not retroactively change Reward percentages for prior purchases.
  4. Rewards Redemption. An Eligible Participant may redeem Rewards in accordance with the following requirements:
    1. GrowAnnex.com will endeavor to issue an Eligible Participant an Grow Annex Rewards Certificate within 15 days after the end of the qualifying period, but GrowAnnex.com may take longer to issue an Grow Annex Rewards Certificate or the Grow Annex Rewards Certificate may be reduced if GrowAnnex.com is investigating compliance with its policies;
    2. Rewards may only be redeemed toward purchases made on GrowAnnex.com
    3. Rewards will be deducted from the total purchase price and any unused Reward amount remaining on the Grow Annex Rewards Certificate will continue to be available to the Eligible Participant;
    4. Rewards are not transferable and have no face value;
    5. Rewards may not be redeemable through some customized checkout systems. This includes, and is not limited to, in-store checkout;
    6. Rewards cannot be used retroactively for prior purchases;
    7. Rewards cannot be redeemed for cash but GrowAnnex.comreserves the right to give Rewards in the form of cash in its sole discretion;
    8. Grow Annex Rewards can not be combined with other special offers. This includes, but is not limited to, the Free Shipping offer;
    9. Unredeemed Rewards and/or Grow Annex Rewards Certificates are forfeited if the Eligible Participant opts out of the Program, if the Eligible Participant's GrowAnnex.com is terminated or suspended, or if GrowAnnex.com terminates the Program or the Eligible Participant's participation in this Program; and
    10. If an Eligible Participant uses the Grow Annex Rewards Certificate towards the purchase of an item that is later refunded, GrowAnnex.com reserves the right to credit back to the Eligible Participant the Reward amount spent on the refunded item.
  5. Other Terms and Conditions.
    1. GrowAnnex.com reserves the right to modify or terminate this Program at any time by posting amended terms or a termination notice on the Terms and Conditions, Home Page, or by sending an email notice to the email addresses tied to the Eligible Participants' GrowAnnex.com accounts. Except where stated otherwise, all amended terms will be effective ten (10) days after they are posted and/or emailed to you. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to opt out of the Program by sending GrowAnnex.com an email stating you wish to not participate. Without limiting the foregoing, GrowAnnex.com my suspend an Eligible Participant's participation in the Program indefinitely to investigate potential violations on GrowAnnex.com policies without prior notice to the Eligible Participant. If GrowAnnex.com in is sole discretion believes an Eligible Participant has or is using existing GrowAnnex.com account or creating new accounts in order to circumvent or undermine these Terms and Conditions, GrowAnnex.com reserves the right to terminate the Eligible Participant's participation from the Program.
  6. Restrictions. The Program is void where prohibited and subject to U.S. laws.
  7. Limitation of Liability. GROWANNEX.COM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIMS, ACTIONS, INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH, RESULTING FROM THE PROGRAM. THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY IS A COMPREHENSIVE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY THAT APPLIES TO ALL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING (WITHOUT LIMITATION) COMPENSATORY, DIRECT, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES; LOSS OF DATA, INCOME, OR PROFIT; LOSS OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY; AND CLAIMS OF THIRD PARTIES. RECIPIENTS OF THE PROGRAM AGREE THAT GROWANNEX.COM HAVE NOT MADE NOR ARE IN ANY MANNER RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION, OR GUARANTEE, STATUTORY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, TITLE, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE), IN FACT OR IN LAW, RELATIVE TO THE PROGRAM. WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, GROWANNEX.COM DO NOT MAKE ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS WITH RESPECT TO WWW.GROWANNEX.COM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THE CONSEQUENCES OF ANY INTERRUPTIONS OR ERRORS RELATED THERETO. THESE TERMS GIVE YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS. GrowAnnex.com is not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any Program related materials; for stolen, lost, late, misdirected items; or for transactions and/or emails that are lost, misdirected, fail to enter into the processing system, or are processed, reported, or transmitted late or incorrectly or are lost for any reason including computer, telephone, paper transfer, human or other error; or for electronic, computer, or telephonic malfunction or error, including inability to access any web site associated with the Program, or process any transaction thereon. If in GrowAnnex.com's opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the Program, or if computer virus, bugs, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or technical difficulties or failures compromise or corrupt or affect the administration, integrity, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Program, GrowAnnex.com reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual connected therewith, to modify or suspend the Program, or to terminate the Program. In all matters relating to the interpretation and application of any rule or phase of this Program, the decision of GrowAnnex.com shall be final. GrowAnnex.com reserves the right to cancel, amend or revoke any Program at any time due to reasonable business consideration or circumstances beyond its control. Any attempt by an Eligible Participant or any other individual to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Program is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, GrowAnnex.com reserves the right to revoke any Rewards and seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Any attempts by an individual to access any web site associated with the Program via a bot script or other brute force attack or any other unauthorized means will result in the IP address becoming ineligible. Use of automated devices or programs to redeem the Program is prohibited.
  8. The waiver by GrowAnnex.com of a breach of any provision of this Agreement by an Eligible Participant or other individual shall not operate or be construed as a waiver of any other or subsequent or preceding breach by an Eligible Participant or other individual. No waiver by GrowAnnex.com of any right under the Program shall be construed as a waiver of any other right. GrowAnnex.com shall not be required to give notice to enforce strict adherence to all terms of the Program.
  9. Governing Law. For purchases made at www.growannex.com these Terms and Conditions and the Program will be interpreted, construed and enforced, and governed in all aspects in accordance with the exclusive jurisdiction and laws of the state of California. Any cause of action arising under or relating to these Terms and Conditions will be brought exclusively in a court in Orange County, CA

Signing Up

Signing up for the GrowAnnex.com Rewards Program is easy. Once you sign up for a GrowAnnex.com account, you will be able to earn reward points towards Gift Certificates which can be used to purchase anything in the store. The GrowAnnex.com Rewards Program also allows you to earn rewards points for purchases made through your Rewards ID. For more information, see here

Rewards ID Program

Earn points towards your GrowAnnex.com Rewards Program by referring friends and family. To take advantage of this program, locate your Reward ID which can be found in your My Rewards Account section. The Rewards ID must be appended to the end of any product or page link on GrowAnnex.com. For example, if you find a great deal on a Lumatek ballast and want to tell your forum friends about it, copy the webpage link and append ?rc=[your rewards id]. Replace "[your rewards id]" with your own Rewards ID.
