General Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items sold  by Grow Annex within 30 days of delivery for a refund. There is a 15% restocking fee for all unopened items returned within 30 days of purchase. For all products, we'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. Please contact us prior to mailing back your package to obtain an RMA number.

The following conditions and exceptions apply.

Partial refunds:

• Any opened item returned within 30 days of delivery: 80% of item's price.
• Any unopened, non-discontinued/clearance item in original condition that is returned more than 30 days after delivery: 75% of item's price (1 year from purchase date).
• Any item that has obvious signs of use: 50% of item's price.
• Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error: up to 50% of item's price.
• Some items, such as nutrients, come with a manufacturer's unconditional money-back guarantee. These items would qualify for a full-refund. Please see manufacturer's refund policy for further details.

Open-Box Items

Items listed or described as "open-box" are sold in as new condition with an unconditional fourteen (14) day Dead On Arrival (DOA) guarantee. Items will be described as accurately as possible and would have gone through our quality control department before being advertised. Although complete, so items might not come in their original packaging. Before requesting an RMA number, please contact us so that we may try and resolve any issues you might be having.

Used Bulbs

Currently, we are not able to return used bulbs. Due to the nature of these items, it is difficult to assess the condition and lifespan of used bulbs.

Receiving a Refund

We'll request a refund after we receive and process your return.

For items directed to our Online Returns Center, expect your refund within 4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper (though in many cases you'll receive the refund sooner).

This time period includes:

• 5 to 10 business days for us to receive your return from the shipper
• 3 to 5 business days for us to process your return
• The time it takes your bank to process our refund request

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

In-Store Returns

Items purchased from Growannex.com can be returned to our physical store. Your return will process sooner and is still bound by our General Returns Policy
